Extra information

The service is provided subject to technical availability in the coverage area.
One accounting period is one calendar month from 00:00:01 on the first day of the month to 23:59:59 on the last day of the month.
The subscription fee is debited in full once per accounting period if there is a sufficient amount of funds in the subscriber's account, regardless of the fact of using the service (unless the subscriber has indicated otherwise before the beginning of the accounting period).
In the absence of sufficient funds to debit the monthly subscription fee from the subscriber's account, the Internet access service is not provided (uploads and downloads are limited to 0/0 kbit/s).
During the accounting period, the Subscriber can renew the provision of the service by topping up the account with the amount of funds sufficient to debit the monthly subscription fee.
If the Internet access service was not paid for the previous accounting period, a service suspension fee is charged (item 7).
The subscriber can use the service of suspending the use of the Internet access service. The term of service provision is 1 accounting period. The maximum term of the service is 3 accounting periods. The cost of the service is 20 UAH per month.
The provision of the service must be initiated by the Subscriber before the beginning of the next accounting period.
In case of non-payment of service for 3 (three) or more accounting periods, the contract may be terminated at the initiative of the Operator unilaterally.
Services are paid for using the personal contract number of the Pretcher PE billing system (indicated in the documentation provided to the subscriber upon connection).
